Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
- Socks, jewelry, player cards, accessories
3. EXCHANGES
Exchanges permitted based on inventory availability.
4. RETURN PROCESS
Email innovatesportswear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

2. SHIPPING METHODS
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
4. LOCAL PICKUP RULES
Customers must choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT use Apple Pay for pickup orders — it automatically charges shipping.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Innovate Sportswear, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact the carrier.
